Some of the more common models that O.D.T. can service are: 9100, 9200, 9300, 9110, 9210, 9310, and 9150.  O.D.T. services all of the models mentioned above, regardless of configuration.  In some instances, loan of an instruction manual may be required.

O.D.T. also services Datum’s older Model 9390-series of Synchronized Generators having configuration dash numbers lower than - 800, such as 9390 -765.  We cannot, however, service Datum's GPS product line.  This line is also part of the Model 9390-series, but uses configuration dash numbers -1000 and up.

There are other models that we may be able to service, but we will need to be contacted about them on an individual basis.

After each repair has been completed, O.D.T. performs a complete retest of the instrument and provides a detailed failure analysis, a report detailing the results of the final test, a certificate of conformance and a six-month warranty.
